General Description:
Seasonal Road Closures may be used to limit motorist access to a facility for any number reasons including wildlife and vegetation protection, and motorist safety. Weather and road conditions are also viable reasons to close roads, especially when they become unsafe (e.g. snow storms, flooding).

The cost of closing a road during certain seasons may be as inexpensive as posting signs, installing gates, and implementing some minor enforcement. Other closures may require additional measures.
