General Description:
Educational Campaigns are designed to inform motorists of policies, regulations, requirements, and other notifications through the use of media. Educational Campaigns can be used to encourage or discourage certain behaviors.

Public education is not a solution in itself; however, it may be used to assist in reducing local demand and managing a system’s efficiency.
